What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your business name, your phone number, and anything you write in the message box. If you ask for a reply-time check, also the website or phone number you ask us to test.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To ring you back, arrange a Health Check visit, or carry out the reply-time check you asked for. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it is kept
In Orkestrd's own enquiry system, hosted with Cloudflare. To stop one visitor flooding the form, the system also keeps a one-way fingerprint of your internet address for one day. The address itself is not stored.
This site loads its fonts from Google and one script library from jsDelivr. Those services receive your internet address when the page loads, as any website you visit does.
Who sees it
Orkestrd's founder and anyone working with him on your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with other businesses.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or for two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will do it within seven days.
If you become a client
Systems we build for you hold your customers' details. Those belong to you, sit in accounts in your name, and are covered by our written agreement with you.
